Some Beer Cellaring Links For a Lazy Saturady…
By jason on Oct 27, 2007 in Links
Hello everyone. I thought I’d share a few links of interest to beer cellarers (is that a word?) that I’ve come across lately. Perfect reading for a lazy Saturday, especially if you stayed out a bit too late last night like I did.
The great Beer Hunter himself, Michael Jackson, chimed in with his thoughts and experiences with cellaring beers.
Mr. Thursday has built himself up quite a list of beers to try over the next few months/years. It’ll be nice to read the tasting notes as he tries them.
Even a wine guy chimes in with his thoughts on beer aging!
Lastly, even thought it’s not strictly an article on cellaring, I loved this review of the author’s first experience with a Westvleteren Trappist Ale. He’s also aging a few to report on later.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Jason
