Happy Thanksgiving! (And A Few Links To Check Out)

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my fellow Americans out there! I’m in charge of cooking up a few side dishes today for our Thanksgiving at our friends house, so I’m just putting up this quick little post today.
I’ve been following a few discussions on some of the beer sites recently that I’d thought I’d share. First off, if you haven’t figured out what to drink yet today before/with/after your meal, check out this discussion over at RateBeer.com to see what everyone else is drinking.
Also on RateBeer.com, there’s been an ongoing thread on what were the best 2007 beers to age.
I came across this page on Guest on Tap, a beer guide to the Portland are. The author here talks about is experiences in aging his homebrew. I also found several other articles on the site discussing aging and cellaring beer, it’s definitely worth checking out.
Thanks, and have a fantastic day! I’m personally going to be having Jolly Pumpkins Oro de Calabaza with my meal, it should be perfect.

Nice - I hadn’t checked out that forum on Beer Advocate before, I’ll have to remember to keep up with it now.
