I’m doing some traveling today, so I won’t have my second part of the Bottle Conditioning article up until later this evening. In the meantime, enjoy these posts from some other beer blogs!
Here’s a great post from the blog Appellation Beer:Beer From a Good Home that describes a tasting of some vintage brews (I wish I was there!).
And recently on a good Beer Blog the guys try out a beer called Struis from Brouwerij’t IJ in Belgium which sounds like it’ll be great for aging.
