New York Times Article on Beer Cellaring

Hi everyone, hope your summer has been going well (assuming it’s summer right now where you’re reading this).
If there was any doubt about beer cellaring’s rising popularity, it’s pretty much gone now.

I love the interviews in this piece - I think the people they talked are even more obsessed about this hobby then I am! It takes a special kind of guy to buy an old gold mine just to store your beer collection in. I don’t think I could talk Lisa into that…
There’s also some great tips woven into this article. One collector makes a point of moving his lambics into colder storage once they hit their peak. A great idea, but why just lambics? I’m going to have to get to the bottom of this!
