A Few Beer Cellaring Links From Around The Web….

Hello fellow beer geeks. I hope your summer has been going well. Once again, here’s a few recent cellaring links I’ve come across. Enjoy!
Every day I get a handfull of people landing at the site as a result of searching for information on the Kulminator brew pub in Antwerp Belgium, which is known for their collection of aged beers. Michael from the blog Belgian Beers recently visited and filed this quick report.
I’m not cellaring any meads right now, but I just may give it a try after Charlie Papazian reports on trying a few that are really old
Heath over at Bottles of Barley writes about an inadvertent cellaring of a commercial-style lambic that still held up pretty good for 4 and a half years.
Be sure to check out Bier-Mania for some cool tours of European beer cellars and pubs!
I saw this sad article about what can happen when a brew in your cellar goes bad.
Thats all for now!
Jason
